For 20 years, Annika Farin has been advising owners, supervisory boards and executives on leadership advisory matters. Her career began at McKinsey, where her work focused on organisation and change management. She subsequently took on responsibility for the people function in two corporations before returning to consulting — a field she has remained passionate about throughout her career. In 2016, she integrated her own firm into the Amrop partnership. From 2020 to 2026, she led the global partnership, spanning more than 70 offices.

Annika Farin completed her studies in business administration at ESCP/EAP and undertook postgraduate studies at LSE in Psychology. She has undergone multiple certifications and educational programmes — still knowing that they only allow for “partial insights”.

Dr. oec. Jörg K. Ritter brings extensive experience in executive assessment and development, leadership advisory and family business governance. After beginning his career in international trade and serving the President of the Treuhandanstalt, he joined McKinsey & Company in 1991. He subsequently spent almost 30 years at Egon Zehnder, where he held senior consulting and global practice leadership roles in Industry and Family Business Advisory. During his time there, he played a leading role in developing globally applicable potential and competency models that continue to inform his work in leadership assessment and development.

Having conducted more than 3,000 C-level assessments and numerous team development projects worldwide, Jörg combines extensive practical experience with a strong academic background. He has been Professor of Business Administration at Quadriga University of Applied Sciences in Berlin since 2014. He is also Executive in Residence and Vice Chairman of the Hidden Champion Institute at ESMT Berlin. His further qualifications include executive education in corporate governance at INSEAD and training in systemic coaching.

Dr. Stefanie Teichmann brings more than 25 years of senior executive experience with global organizations, such as Google, Nike, The Coca-Cola Company, and McKinsey & Company. In local, regional, and global roles, she has led growth strategies, managed P&Ls, and driven large-scale organizational transformations.

She founded TECA, a Dublin-based leadership advisory and executive coaching practice, serving clients worldwide, helping leaders and organizations unlock human potential and drive sustainable business success.

Stefanie holds a PhD in Business Administration from Freie Universität Berlin, and an MBA in International Management. Her credentials include coaching qualifications from UC Berkeley and the International Coaching Federation (PCC), and an MIT certification in AI and Digital Leadership. She also served for more than a decade as Professor of Strategic Management and Organizational Change at Karl-Franzens University in Graz, Austria.

Today, she advises and coaches senior leaders on strategy, leadership, and organizational transformation, helping them navigate complexity and lead successfully in an increasingly technology-driven world.

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology. Having lived in both the United States and Australia, she brings an international perspective and an interest in how people and teams work across different cultural contexts.

Prior to joining, she has gained work experience in HR at a global retail company. At Farin Collection, she draws on her academic background and analytical skills in her work with the team.
